Shipping policy

Tasalon ships to contiguous U.S states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) . Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages, orders are mostly processed for shipment within 1-2 business days.   

*Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. 

Shipping Methods, Rates and delivery times 

  • Standard shipping (delivered within 3-7 business days)

Free shipping over $49

$9.99 shipping fee for orders below $49

  • Express shipping (delivered within 1-2 business days)

$19.99 shipping fee for all orders

During the order process, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.  Therefore, please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense.

Tasalon will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery or after delivery has taken place.

International Shipping 

Unfortunately, Tasalon does not ship to any international addresses. 


Return and Exchange policy 

You may return ‘as-new’, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

For all return and exchange requests, please contact us and fill in all details for an authorization. It is crucial for us to understand the situation and the reason behind the action. Returns and exchanges are invalid without prior authorization. Once it is authorized, we will lodge a return form for you to send it back along with the product you wish to return or exchange.

Items returned must be in original condition along with instructions and packaging. Additional fees may apply if returned item is damaged or without original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for any return/exchange enquires. 

Change of mind return:

Customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, including the costs of shipping the item to you and the cost of shipping back to us. Restocking fee 20% will also be applied according to your order. 

Faulty products:

Customer has the responsibility to inspect the items before signing the delivery receipt. If there is a manufacturing or material faulty in your purchase, please take a picture for your record and refuse to sign on the delivery receipt. We will verify the information and replace the faulty part. Please keep the product in its original condition along with all packaging. 

Missing items/Major delays:

Please allow us to have 3-5 business days to investigate the case with the carrier. 



Once the return items are received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
