SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

This shipping and returns policy (“Policy”) is applicable for all Products purchased by you from TASALON BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC, having its principal place of business at 19909 HARRISON AVE WALNUT, CA 91789-2848 (“TASALON” or “we” or “us” or “our” or “TASALON support team”).  By purchasing a Product on the website https://tasalon.com (“website”) owned and controlled by the TASALON, you agree to this Policy.

  • Product means the products such as salon trolleys, hair dryers, facial steamers, hair steamers, salon mirrors, towels, and other products purchased by you on the website.
  • Business Day means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday inthe State of California.

 

SHIPPING RATES

  • We offer free shipping forsingle order value $49.99 or above
  • $9.99 shipping fee for single order value below $49.99

 

SHIPPING

  • Once you place the order for a Product by making a payment for the same, we will process your order within 1-3 Business Days and ship the Product to the delivery address provided by you.
  • We partner with reputed multiple carriers.The estimated delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days for the normal product and 5-15 business days for the custom products.
  • We will send an email confirmation and SMS with the shipment tracking number and order details to you once we process your order.
  • Once the ordered Products are handed over to the carrier for shipping, the risk of loss and title for the ordered Products will pass to you. We do not insure any shipments. However, if any damage to the Product is caused in transit, we will be able to replace parts or resend new products to you subject to terms herein. Please contact TASALON support teamif you need more assistance on this matter.

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

  1. Please make sure yourshipping address is correct when placing your order. We may not be able to change the shipping address once an order has been shipped or in transit. . But if you realize the order has been placed with an error address at the first time, please contact us by email or Facebook chat for assistance.

 

  1. For the purposes of security, we may require that an adult person sign at the time of delivery.In the instance that our delivery partner states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your products, please contact us.

 

  1. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with our delivery partner. Please allow 15 business daysfor us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, we’ll reship or refund  the order.

 

  1. If the shipment is returned back to our warehouse by the carrier company due to incomplete or wrong address, we will refund the cost of the Product only and not the shipping fee. If you request us to reship the same Product again, you will be responsible for the shipping charges on the order.

 

  1. If you think you have not received the product or if you think the address that you gave was wrong and we already shipped the product, then in such case, you need to contact the carrier company to make the claim.

 

  1. For international shipments, you are solely responsible for any custom duties, taxes and levies imposed by local authorities and for complying with any applicable laws relating to the import, use and consumption of the Products.

 

  1. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

 

  1. We may not be able to ship certain Products to certain destinations such as: The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii,Armed Forces, Virgin Islands of the United States, American Samoa

 

RETURN & REFUND

  1. TASALONis committed to providing full customer satisfaction with respect to the Product purchased by you. However, in rare cases, where you are not happy with the purchase decision, we accept returns for refunds within 30 days after your order has been delivered. All products must be in their original condition with the seal still attached.

 

  1. If you change your mind about a product purchased, you are welcome to do so for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping charges on the returning.

 

The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

  • All returns must be in their original condition (along with all the documentation, Product tags, and branded packaging, with any accessories and any certificates).
  • Please note that refund amount would not include the $5restocking fee and return shipping fee. The return shipping fee needs to deduct from the refund amount for declining delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product.
  • Custom products can not be refunded once the order is placed unless they have quality issues.
  • You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • All the return or exchange must attain our authorization. We will ask for information including but not limited to your name, order number, order date, your contact details and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved by us, you have to ship the Product for return within 14 That means the Product should reach us within 14days from our return/exchange approval date.
  • If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. When you are returning goods, please include your order number, full name and reason for return. Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note we cannot accept a product for refund if it has been damaged in transit. In any event, damaged or used products will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

  1. If returning products in an order where the initial order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must be returned in an unused condition too. Any products returned without the qualifying free gift will not be refunded.

  1. If you contact us for cancellation of the order before your order is being shipped, we will issue you a full refund and your original payment method will be credited within 1-4Business days from cancellation processing completion.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

  1. If your product is damaged in any way, we refund the total amount or ship accessories for replacement. There is a maximum amount a customer can claim on damaged good. No damages will be paid without photographic evidence and customers must notify us in writing. All damages are to be claimed within 30 days of receipt of the damaged goods.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. If you receive a defective product, contact TASALON support teamwithin 15 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply our representative with the order number and product number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number.

 

  1. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping charges. If you do not contact TASALON support team, you are responsible for these return shipping charges.

 

  1. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us

 

WRONG PRODUCT

  1. If you receive a wrong product, or if the product you receive is different from what you originally ordered, please contact TASALONsupport team

 

  1. It is important that you contact us before returning your product. When contacting us, please make sure you include the order number in the E-mail. If you do not know your order number, please visit the Track Order and click on your Order Status/Tracking link to find the number in Your Order History. Please give us in detailed the description of the difference between the products you ordered and the product you received.

 

  1. Exchange Terms- The exchanged product sent to you will be subject to the same terms of delivery and shipping as stated herein. This means for the newly sent Product you will have to pay again the shipping charges unless your order value is $69 orabove. Exchange will be offered for the same or higher purchase value product. No exchange will be offered for products bought during promotional events. For exchange, if the newly selected product value is more than the originally purchased product value, then you will have to pay the difference amount. Exchange is subject to availability of sufficient stocks with us.

 

  1. Only when we receive the Product physically and when we verify the Product to our reasonable satisfaction that the Product return satisfies the above outlined conditions, we will process your refund within 1-3 Business Days and your original payment method will be credited within 1-4 Business days from processing completion.

 

  1. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You shall have to pay the shipping charges for returning the Product.

  1. We are not responsible for accepting any returns and issuing refunds or providing exchange if the returns are not submitted in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
