You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-7 business days, it varies regarding the areas in the US. We aim to deliver the products to you in a safe manner as soon as possible, you can always track the order by using the tracking number we sent to you.

Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us within 1 day after the payment. This email should include tracking number and list of purchased products. Please email us if you have not received the shipment confirmation within 2 days after the payment.

Simply find your tracking number and click the provided link from the shipment confirmation email.

We are sorry, products are not available for pick up.

Register on our website, you will see the 10% discount code on the email register pop-up or receive an email containing the discount code.

Items might be delivered in multiple shipments due to inventory stock level. Please check your order confirmation to see if any items were out of stock. Do not hesitate to email us if you need further support. (Make sure to include your order number in the email, we do not do backorders or store credits.)

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
