Wrong items sent

Wrong items were sent. No phone number for contact, so I emailed them and was sent shipping label & stated not charging me for the correct items to be sent.... which was what I paid for, so no kidding.
Sent all 8 items back, now waiting for their inventory to replenish ordered corrected items to send us. Unfortunately I already got rid of my original trays when shipping notice was sent to not have a cluttered mess of equipment -so we're waiting longer than expected originally. These are my first order of 8, of 18 of the items I need. Hopefully it's smooth and prompt. Once I realized after the issue there was no phone contact for customer service or the business, to me that's a red flag and I would have not went with this company to begin with.
