What is the Tasalon quality guarantee?
Tasalon greatly values all the customers and is committed to delivering cost-effective products with long using life. Tasalon offers a one year warranty for most existing products, six months warranty for electricals.
If you find a manufacturing or material faulty in your purchase within 30 days from receiving date, we will cover the shipping cost and replace the faulty item.
If you find a manufacturing or material faulty in your purchase after 30 days from receiving date but within the warranty period, you have to pay for the shipping cost and we will replace the faulty item.

Tasalon warranty does not apply to the following conditions:
- Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage or other acts that are against the instructions.
- Damage caused by exposing the products under extreme heat or cold condition, or chemicals/physicals that would damage the function and finish of the products.
- Normal use of the products, including fading or loss.
