Purchased this for professional use in my home salon. Did not notice that you have to use distilled water, luckily I had some on hand. Have been able to use multiple times for my clients, myself and my partner and son have all used it as well. Definitely improves elasticity, still new to steaming and want to use for a long time but I've had it a couple months now with no issues. very pleased.
