Comfort is fine,afterall it is a stool. The lower frame that connects the wheels are very weak. They bend over time. the company stood behind the product and replace it,but the same thing is happening. If the wheels catch when moving across the floor they start to bend over time. Wouldn't buy this again . I had another brand the piston gave out but not the wheel,will have to shop for another.
Easy to put together only 4 parts the seat is hard not cushioned maybe after warn and tear and I'm worried about picking it up and falling apart no part seem secure in place just stuck until unstuck if you know what I mean but over all seem like good quality
I purchased this stool in February of 2022 and needed to give it some time to be able to provide a complete review. I was looking for something I wouldn't be throwing away in a couple months like I have in the past. This was not the least expensive option, so it seemed to have everything I needed. I've owned less expensive versions in the past and got what I paid for.
It has been the perfect choice up until a coupe weeks ago when I had issues moving around the shop when seated. I noticed the caster (wheel) bearings are horribly loose and I feel will eventually fail, leaving me with yet another useless stool.
The stool is almost impossible to move while seated and I need to stand up and re-position it as the wheels seem to "lock up" due to the impending failure. All other aspects if its performance are great but really wish better quality casters were chosen.
....and the vinyl wheels are nice and quiet. The stool goes up nice and high but i was hoping it would go down about 5-6 inches lower then its lowest position.....then it would be a very versatile stool
