The facial steamer magnifying lamp combo itself is fantastic and works exactly as expected. What really impressed me though was the customer service. I accidentally knocked over my steamer and broke the unit, and ordering a replacement part was fast and easy. When I had an issue with my delivery, their customer service team went above and beyond to help resolve it. Great Customer Service

My steamer stopped working recently, the water would not heat up and the mag lamp had completely cracked. I reached out to their customer service to see if the parts could be replaced and they sent me two new parts. Great customer service!

Simple steamer/mag combo.

I liked how easy the steamer was to set up; it also works as expected. My only gripe is that the water receptacle is not glass. I guess that's why the price was lower than others. Now I am curious to see how long it lasts, of course, with proper care of the device.
