Great Customer Service

My steamer stopped working recently, the water would not heat up and the mag lamp had completely cracked. I reached out to their customer service to see if the parts could be replaced and they sent me two new parts. Great customer service!

This is a great facial steamer. This will work very well for winter when the weather dries your skin out. Very easy to assemble and easy to use. Very quiet while running. Easy to store. Recommend for anyone suffering through cry cold winters especially.

I've had this facial steamer for two months now, and am surprised at just how much use we get out of it!
