A2: Hi, it is recommended to use distilled water, as it helps extend the machine's service life. If tap water is used, limescale may develop more easily and require frequent cleaning.

Q3: What do the hot and light buttons do? I want hot steam.
A3: The heating button is hot. Press it once and wait for it to heat up; press it again to turn off the heating. The light button is the ozone function key, which increases the mist output. If you want hot steam, simply press the heating button once and wait for it to warm up.
