I love this trolley cart but I have a problem with paint’ it’s already full of stain and I can’t removed them . How this paint reacts with color or keratin?

The cart was easy to put together, rolls easily, has lots of storage. The top drawer locks and unlocks easily and is great for personal items or a cash drawer. It has a dryer holder and a cell phone holder that come in handy. I love the magnetic top and bowls so the color bowls won't try to slide away. It is exactly what I needed.
